In-Depth Interviews

Conduct in-depth interviews with promising candidates to gain further insight into their qualifications and experience.

Reference Checks and Credential Verification

Check references from former supervisors and colleagues, as well as verifying certifications and registrations of chosen nominees.

Interview Scheduling & Preparation

Once we have identified promising candidates, we arrange an interviewing schedule with hiring authorities while preparing them for the interview by providing pre-interview information. We also counsel nominees on company needs, culture, organizational fit, etc.

Negotiation & Follow Up

Once a successful candidate has been identified, we participate in providing necessary information required for negotiating an acceptable offer as well as assisting them in terminating their current position if applicable. We follow up after placement to ensure new employee integration and provide a 90 day guarantee on our placements.

Onboarding and Integration

After the new employee is hired, we assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company. We provide guidance and support for the new hire to acclimate to the company culture, policies, and procedures. This helps to ensure a successful integration into the company and fosters a positive employee experience.
