Job Details
As a Project Architect, you will be expected to work both independently and with Team Members to ensure that Architectural Projects meet their specified goals on-time and within their budget. This will consist of creating Conceptual Design packages, revising the Design based on client feedback, and then refining the Design through the Design Development phase which will eventually end with the creation of a thorough and complete set of Construction Documents. Additional Duties may also include helping create accurate Fee Estimates and Project Schedules for your Project as well as assisting the Client and General Contractor by answering RFIs during the Construction Administration phase.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate within the design team as well as with all necessary stakeholders
- Facilitate design efforts from the schematic design to design development phases and throughout the project lifecycle
- Effectively communicate ideas and concepts through various mediums and presentation strategies
- Provide expert guidance and innovative solutions to meet client needs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Maintain top tier professionalism in all aspects of the role
- Proficient in working with industry standard software including REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lumion and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations, and vendors
- Possess exceptional organizational skills and capable of simultaneously supporting multiple projects and priorities
- Must have a quality mindset and be self-motivated
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in Architecture preferred or bachelor’s degree meeting licensure criteria required
- Must be actively pursuing licensure. Current licensure a plus
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in architecture
