Job Description:

As an Architectural Project Manager  you will lead and oversee the successful execution of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring that design excellence is achieved while meeting client objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Lead project kickoff meetings, establish project goals, scope, and deliverables.
    • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with team members.
  2. Team Leadership and Management:
    • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure project success.
  3. Design Development and Documentation:
    • Oversee the development of architectural design concepts, drawings, and specifications.
    • Review and approve design documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
  4. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing project updates.
    • Foster positive client relationships by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering high-quality design solutions.
  5. Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
    • Implement quality control processes to ensure design integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and problem-solving.
  6. Construction Administration and Oversight:
    • Manage the construction administration phase, including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits.
    • Ensure that construction activities align with design intent, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field; licensure preferred.
  • years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and work effectively under pressure.
